COVID-19 Impact Assistance Program

WE ARE NEARING THE EXHAUSTION OF FUNDS FROM THIS GRANT. PLEASE BE AWARE WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU EVEN IF YOU SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.

The City of Stillwater has received additional grant funding to assist residents who live within Stillwater city limits with Covid-related overdue payments on rent and utilities.  Our Daily Bread will be processing applications for these funds. Please review the checklist below to make sure you have all the information you will need, and then click the link below to complete the application.

Disclaimer

Submission of application does not prevent utilities from being disconnected.  Arrangements must be made with the City of Stillwater directly prior to disconnection date.

Application

This application will be open Saturday through Tuesday weekly until all funds have been distributed.  Help filling out the application is by appointment only.  Call 405-533-2555, ext. 111.

Required Documentation and Information

1) Current Monthly Household Income

  • Total monthly income for everyone who lives at your address.

2) Proof of Income

  • For example, 2021 tax return, last 3 consecutive months of pay stubs, unemployment documentation, etc.

3) If requesting help with utilities:

  • Utility Bill - You must upload every bill that makes up the total amount of what you are desiring to have paid through the assistance program. We must be able to clearly see the account number, name, address, and the amount due.

  • Each bill can be accessed through your online account, or printouts can be requested in person at the Utility Billing Department at 723 S Lewis St.

4) If requesting help with rent:

  • Rental Agreement/Lease - You must upload your rental agreement or lease.

  • Proof of Missed Months 

    • For example, a late notice, eviction notice, etc. ​
