Shopping hours

Monday: 1:00 - 3:30 pm

Tuesday: 3:00 - 5:30 pm

Wednesday: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm

Thursday: 9:00 - 11:30 am

Friday: Closed

3rd Sat. of month: 9:00 -11:30 am

ODB closes when Stillwater Public Schools close for inclement weather. ODB will also close on all federal holidays. We will post dates closed online and on social media.

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm (stocking session in the evening)

Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: Closed for Admin Day

We stick to these hours as often as we can, but due to our small staff, we have to be flexible for outside engagements.

You can call us or drop off donations generally anytime during these hours. 

Warehouse Hours

We generally have someone available to receive warehouse shipments throughout the business day Monday - Thursday. We receive retail recovery every day between 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

General Session Info

  • The shopping hours listed above are the only hours we will be able to help guests with grocery assistance.

  • It generally takes about 25 minutes to get through the shopping floor after intake.

  • We lock the doors right at the half-hour mark listed. Guests that arrive after that time will not be able to shop until the next session. Everyone who is in the door before we lock up will be able to shop.

  • We restock our floor every day and during the session. We will not run out of food!

  • The last week of the month is our busiest. Waiting time increases as the month progresses. During the last week, we expect about a 45-minute wait time for everyone. 

  • If you need immediate food assistance - the doors were locked or it's not yet your shopping day - you may receive an emergency food bag. If we do not answer the door, please call us. 

  • Beginning July 1st of every year, each household must fill out a new TEFAP form, regardless of the number of times assistance has been received prior. Every new household must fill out the form on their first visit. 

  • We do not provide transportation to and from the premises. 

Weather Disclaimer

If you choose to arrive before we are scheduled to open, please be aware that we are unable to unlock the door until the listed times. Our wait times inside the building average 30 minutes to 1 hour from start to finish, so we encourage families NOT to line up outside the building - especially on really hot or cold days (for your own safety) - but to show up when the door is unlocked and wait inside in our temperature controlled waiting room. There is no benefit to waiting outside our building prior to opening. We never run out of food and always restock during shopping hours for plenty of food choices. We have a water fountain that you're welcome to use anytime in the building. 

Note that we will close when the public schools close for inclement weather. If a session falls outside of the school day, staff will make a decision as necessary to protect the safety of our guests and volunteers. If you are unsure if we will be open, please call us or check our FaceBook page.
