1) Do I have to live in Stillwater?

- Yes. You have to live in Stillwater city limits to be eligible for assistance. 

2) Does it matter how much money I make?

- Yes. You must be under the low/moderate income guidelines to be eligible for               assistance. 

3) What can you help pay?

- We can help pay overdue rent and utility bills that are due to you being impacted by COVID-19. 

4) What utilities can you help with?

- Electric, gas, water/sewer

5) Does internet and phone count as utility? 

- No. 

6) How long does it take to process my application?

- Please expect a processing time of 2-3 weeks.
