STILLWATER RESIDENT COVID IMPACT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The City of Stillwater has received grant funding to assist Stillwater residents with Covid-related overdue payments on rent and utilities. Our Daily Bread will be distributing these funds. Please review the checklist below to make sure you have all the information you will need and then click the link below to complete the application.
Submission of application does not prevent utilities from being disconnected. Arrangements need to be made with the City of Stillwater prior to disconnection date

YES. You must live in Stillwater city limits to be eligible for assistance.
Does it matter how much money I make?
YES. You must be under the low/moderate income guidelines to be eligible for assistance.

We can help pay overdue rent and utility bills that are due to you being impacted by Covid-19
